Custom Attributes

If you looked at the tables below and do not see a field you'd like to pass into Gainsight PX, you can create a custom attribute by navigating to the Account Settings -> Attributes page and clicking the +NEW button to define custom attributes at either the User or Account level. Add as many custom attributes as you like!

Attribute Limits

  • The Number of Event Names (types) is limited to 2000 (standard edition)
  • The Number of Event Properties 2000
  • The Length of property value 1024 characters
