Below is a list of all default attributes available at the User and Account levels.  This same list is available to you when navigating to the Account Settings->Attributes page.

Use the Attribute Name when sending data over via the Gainsight PX Web SDK or the Gainsight PX REST API.

Custom Attributes

If you looked at the tables below and do not see a field you'd like to pass into Gainsight PX, you can create a custom attribute by navigating to the Account Settings->Attributes page and clicking the +NEW button to define custom attributes at either the User or Account level.  Add as many custom attributes as you like!

Attribute Limits

  • The Number Of Event Names (types) is limited to 2000 (standard edition)
  • The Number Of Event Properties 2000
  • The Length of property value 1024 characters
